All prospective cadets who would like to join Air Force ROTC for the Fall 2017 semester should plan to attend New Cadet
Orientation on Friday, August 18th, at 8:15 a.m., in order to have a smooth start to the semester. It will be a half-day event packed with information to
get everyone started on their journey toward commissioning. The first part of the day is dedicated to enrollment paperwork
and a parents' forum to learn more about the program. Then new cadets and their parents will receive an orientation of the
ROTC facilities and presentations from cadet leadership on what to expect in the program. To RSVP to the event, click on the RSVP link on the right side of this page and follow the instructions. Make sure you download all the forms on the right and bring the required documents with you to orientation.
When: Friday, August 18th, 8:15 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Where: UofA campus, meet at South Hall
Purpose: Enroll as a new cadet, meet classmates, have fun!
Learn about scholarships, program requirements, and prepare for the semester start.
All cadets must attend their MLA academic course the week of 11 January 2017. Air Force ROTC morning activities (physical training and leadership lab) start dates will be announced at a later time. Cadets should watch their email for schedule announcements.
